Big-company IT muscle. Small-town phone-a-human service.

Most businesses do not need more tickets. They need IT that just works: watched before it breaks and run by people who know your name and your network. Security is not an add-on here; it is how we design every plan. We will recommend the layers your business needs, from identity to backup, and build your plan around them. That is the all-inclusive RMON model, and it has kept New Hampshire, southern Maine, and eastern Massachusetts businesses running for more than twenty years.

Certified where it counts

RMON is a Microsoft Solutions Partner in both Modern Work and Security. It is rare for a local MSP our size to earn either designation, and we hold both. Security is not a side service here; it runs through everything we do, backed by partners like 1Password, Okta, and Duo. RMON is also techrug DFIR Certified, a designation for digital forensics and incident response.

Help that starts with a real hello

During business hours, a real person answers; no phone tree. We take down what is going on and open a ticket, then your assigned technician calls back fast, often within minutes for urgent issues.

A real person answers

Someone on our team takes your call and opens a ticket. No phone tree, no portal required.

A technician calls you back

The tech assigned to your ticket calls back, usually within a few minutes, already up to speed on your setup.

It gets handled

Most things are sorted on that callback. Anything bigger gets a clear plan and a named owner.

The same people, year after year

Many of our team have been here five years or more. They learn your business once, then you stop explaining it. That continuity is the quiet reason things just work.

Local, and staying that way

Private-equity firms are buying up local IT shops and folding them into faceless national brands, then standardizing the service down to protect their margin. We took the other road, on purpose. RMON has been independent and owner-led since 2002. Same standards, same people, same town, year after year.

  • One company, one set of standards, run as a single team rather than a stack of acquisitions.
  • We keep our best people. Many of the team have been here 5+ years.
  • Advice in your interest, because we win when you have fewer problems.

Watched, around the clock

Behind every all-inclusive plan is a team and a set of tools watching your systems so you do not have to. Monitoring that catches trouble early, patching that closes gaps, and, for clients on our backup plans, restores that are tested on a schedule. Most problems are handled before you would ever notice them.

AI, done responsibly

Use AI. Just bring us in.

Your team is already using AI, and that is a good thing. The risk is not AI itself; it is AI moving faster than anyone has thought through the security, privacy, and compliance side. We keep it safe: risk reviews, identity done right, code and pen-test guidance, and a plan for the worst day, so you can move fast without getting burned.

Talk through your AI plans
A common example
An employee builds an internal AI app to handle sensitive data, then asks IT to wire up single sign-on; the first anyone has heard of it. That is the moment to secure it, review the code, and plan for the worst. We have done exactly that.
An advisor, not an order-taker.

The questions people actually ask us

What is an MSP, and do we need one?
An MSP (managed service provider) is an outside team that runs your IT for a flat monthly fee, instead of you hiring and managing it in-house. If your business depends on computers, email, and the internet to get work done, and nobody on staff is squarely responsible for keeping them running and secure, you probably need one.
What does "all-inclusive" actually cover?
Our plans bundle day-to-day support, monitoring, help desk, patching, security, and IT strategy into one predictable monthly fee, with unlimited support inside the plan. Larger projects, like a server migration, an office move, or a new rollout, along with after-hours onsite work and add-ons, are scoped and quoted up front, never surprise-billed, so routine support never has to compete with project work for our attention. Because the support side is not billed per ticket, our advice points the same direction as your interest: fewer problems, not more hours.
How do we know if we have outgrown break-fix IT?
A few common signs: downtime is starting to cost real money, you are worried about a breach or have already had a scare, you are adding staff or locations, or you are spending more time managing IT vendors than running your business. Any of those usually means it is time for managed IT.
How fast do you respond when something breaks?
A real person answers right away and opens a ticket. The technician assigned to it calls you back, usually within a few minutes, already up to speed on your setup. Most issues are handled on that callback; anything bigger gets a clear plan and a named owner. Response targets are defined in your service agreement.
Are you going to get bought by private equity?
RMON has been independent and owner-led since 2002. We are the deliberate alternative to the roll-ups buying up local IT shops, and staying that way is the whole point of how we run the business.

Industries we know
