Terms of Use of RMON Networks, Inc. Effective July 2, 2026.

1. Acceptance

By using rmonnetworks.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Site content is general information, not advice

Content on this Site, including blog posts and guides, is provided for general informational purposes. It is not legal, compliance, insurance, or professional advice, and it does not create a client relationship. Technology, pricing, and regulatory details change; verify anything time-sensitive with us before acting on it.

3. Services are defined by agreement

Services, response targets, and coverage described on this Site are representative of RMON’s full managed-services offering. The services delivered to any client are defined exclusively by that client’s signed agreement and Statement of Work.

4. Intellectual property

The Site and its content are owned by RMON Networks, Inc. or its licensors. You may not reproduce or use them beyond normal browsing and sharing without permission. Third-party marks belong to their owners; photo credits appear on our Attributions page.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Site: no unauthorized access attempts, scraping at scale, interference with operation, or unlawful use.

6. No warranties; limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RMON Networks will not be liable for damages arising from use of the Site or reliance on its content.
