In delivering Managed Services and Project Services to its clients, RMON Networks, Inc. (“RMON”) relies on a curated set of third-party service providers and product vendors (“Third-Party Providers”). This page identifies the Third-Party Providers RMON currently uses for each category of service, together with a link to each provider’s terms and conditions.
This page is referenced by the RMON Master Services Agreement (§§1.3–1.5), the RMON Managed Services SOW (§10), and the RMON Project SOW (§10). Where one of those agreements requires Client to monitor and abide by Third-Party Provider terms, the providers listed below, and the terms-and-conditions links provided below, are the providers and terms intended.
How changes are communicated
RMON may change its Third-Party Providers from time to time in its sole discretion (for example, when a provider exits the market, a better-fit option becomes available, or a security or contractual concern arises). When RMON changes a Third-Party Provider that materially affects a Client’s Services, RMON will:
- Update this page to reflect the new provider and the new terms-and-conditions link;
- Record the change in the Change Log below, including the effective date and a brief description of the change; and
- Send an email notice to each affected Client’s designated Authorized Contact(s).
Clients may also subscribe to receive an email notice whenever this page is updated, regardless of materiality.

Client responsibility
Under the RMON Master Services Agreement and applicable SOW(s), Client is responsible for reviewing and abiding by each Third-Party Provider’s terms and conditions. The links below open the provider’s own terms page; Client should consult those links periodically to confirm continued familiarity with the then-current terms. If a provider link below is broken or appears to direct to outdated terms, please notify security@rmonnetworks.com and RMON will correct the link.

The following providers are currently used by RMON in delivery of the corresponding service categories. Where multiple providers are listed, the provider selected for a given Client depends on that Client’s Service offerings, environment, and licensing arrangement.

Why RMON’s contracts don’t name specific vendors
RMON’s Master Services Agreement and SOWs intentionally do not name specific Third-Party Providers in the contract body. Provider identity is maintained on this page so that RMON can adapt to security, market, and contractual changes without amending each Client’s underlying agreement. The cost, scope, and service categories Client subscribes to do not change when a provider changes; only the specific provider behind a service category changes.

RMON maintains an internal archive of each version of this page, dated and timestamped. If you need to confirm which Third-Party Provider was in effect for a given service category on a particular date, or you need a copy of the provider’s terms-and-conditions link as it appeared in the relevant version of this page, please contact security@rmonnetworks.com with the date and category of interest. RMON will respond within five (5) business days.
Note: RMON’s archive preserves the identity of the provider and the link as RMON published it on this page. RMON does not maintain copies of each provider’s own terms-and-conditions documents at every point in time; for that, refer to the provider directly or to the Wayback Machine (web.archive.org).
