RMON Networks, Inc. (RMON Networks, “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website and interact with our online services, how we use that information, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

This Policy applies to the RMON Networks website at rmonnetworks.com and to other websites and online services we own and operate that link to this Policy (together, the “Sites”), unless a different notice is provided.

Scope. This Policy covers information collected through our public Sites. It does not govern the data we process on behalf of our clients when we deliver managed IT, security, and related services. That data is handled under the agreement between RMON Networks and the client (for example, our Master Services Agreement and applicable Statements of Work), not this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide to us

• Contact and quote requests. When you submit a form on our Sites, such as a contact, quote, or consultation request, we collect the information you choose to provide, including your name, business name, email address, phone number, and the details of your message or request.
• Email subscriptions. If you sign up for our newsletter or marketing emails, we collect your email address and any other information you provide at sign-up.
• Other communications. If you email or call us using contact details listed on the Sites, we keep a record of that correspondence.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our Sites, we and our service providers automatically collect certain technical information using cookies and similar technologies, including:

• Log and device data. IP address, browser type, operating system, referring and exit pages, and the dates and times of your visits.
• Usage data. The pages and content you view and how you move through the Sites. We use this to gauge which topics and services are popular and to identify where the Sites can be improved.

2. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our Sites use first-party and third-party cookies and similar technologies, such as pixels and tags. First-party cookies are set by RMON Networks. Third-party cookies are set by the providers described below.

• Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our Sites. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects usage data on our behalf.
• Forms and marketing. We use HubSpot to power our web forms and understand how visitors interact with our Sites; HubSpot sets cookies when you load or submit a form.
• Advertising and social media. We use advertising and social media tools, including the Meta (Facebook) pixel, which use cookies and similar identifiers to measure and support our marketing. RMON Networks and these third-party providers may combine first-party and third-party identifiers.

You can control cookies through your browser settings and through the opt-out tools described in “Your Choices” below. Blocking some cookies may affect how the Sites function.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• respond to your inquiries, quote requests, and other communications;
• provide, operate, maintain, and improve our Sites and services;
• send newsletters, service updates, and marketing communications you have requested or that are otherwise permitted by law (you can opt out at any time);
• measure and analyze Site traffic, usage, and the effectiveness of our marketing;
• protect the security and integrity of our Sites, prevent fraud or misuse, and enforce our terms; and
• comply with our legal obligations.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only as described here:

• Service providers. We share information with vendors who perform services for us, such as website hosting, analytics, email and marketing platforms, and IT support. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
• Analytics and advertising partners. As described above, analytics and advertising providers such as Google and Meta process information through cookies and similar technologies. Depending on how these services are configured and on applicable law, some of this activity may be considered “sharing” for targeted advertising. See “Your Choices” to opt out.
• Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety or the safety of others, or to investigate fraud or security issues.
• Business transfers. If RMON Networks is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.

5. Third-Party Links and Services

Our Sites contain links to third-party websites and platforms that we do not control, including links to our client portal and to our remote-support tool (ScreenConnect). These links take you to systems operated by others, and we do not currently offer a way to log in to those systems directly from our Sites. When you follow a link to a third-party site or platform, that third party’s privacy policy and terms govern your use, not this Policy. We encourage you to review them.

We are developing a unified RMON platform that will, in the future, include a client portal accessible through our website. When that portal becomes available, we will update this Policy to describe the information it collects and how that information is used.

6. Your Choices

Email communications

You can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing message, or by contacting us using the details below. We may still send you non-marketing messages, such as responses to your inquiries.

Analytics and advertising opt-outs

• Google Analytics. Install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
• Meta (Facebook). You can manage your ad preferences in your Meta account settings.
• Industry opt-out tools. You can opt out of interest-based advertising from participating companies through the Digital Advertising Alliance at optout.aboutads.info and the Network Advertising Initiative at optout.networkadvertising.org.

These opt-outs are browser- and device-specific and are stored in a cookie, so you will need to apply them on each browser and device you use. Clearing cookies may remove them.

Browser controls and preference signals

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies and can be set to communicate your privacy preferences. We honor recognized opt-out preference signals, such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC), where required by applicable law.

7. New Hampshire and Other State Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information under state privacy laws, including the New Hampshire Data Privacy Act. Where these rights apply to you, they may include the right to:

• confirm whether we process your personal data and access that data;
• correct inaccuracies in your personal data;
• request deletion of your personal data;
• obtain a portable copy of the personal data you provided to us; and
• opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, or certain profiling.

To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. We will respond as required by applicable law (under New Hampshire law, generally within 45 days, with one permitted extension where reasonably necessary). If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our response or contacting us at the same address. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

8. Data Security

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy, to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

10. Children’s Privacy

Our Sites are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top and post the current version on our Sites. We may provide additional notice of material changes. Your continued use of the Sites after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Policy.
