RMON Networks is an independent, owner-led managed IT provider in Hampstead, New Hampshire, serving small and mid-sized businesses across New England since 2002. We design, secure, and run technology end to end, from infrastructure, virtualization, and storage to cloud, Microsoft 365, cybersecurity, regulatory and compliance work, voice and data, and day-to-day managed services. Our clients span manufacturing, banking, and healthcare, alongside many other organizations across the region.
We work to make our clients more efficient, more productive, and more confident in their technology, and we put real weight on the relationships behind that work, with clients and with each other. We are always looking for team members who share those values and want to deliver quality IT.
Most of the senior techs and technical leaders at RMON started on our help desk. These are real paths, walked by people you would work with on day one.
Kevin came to IT after a long first career in the automotive industry, and he has been at RMON longer than almost anyone. He worked his way from the help desk to professional services and now guides clients as a Technical Alignment Manager.
Tim is closing in on ten years at RMON. He started on the help desk, went on to run it as Help Desk Supervisor, and now engineers the centralized tools our whole service team relies on.
RMON is where Jason's IT career began. Today he runs the help desk and is part of our technical leadership team.
Jeff started on the help desk and now delivers client projects as a Professional Services Engineer.
Austin joined RMON right out of school. From the help desk he moved into security operations, and today he works security alerts and builds the automation behind them.
Moving up does not have to mean moving off the desk. Some of our most senior techs have made the help desk their career, and that depth is a big part of why clients like calling us.
