Onboarding & Documentation
During our client onboarding phase, RMON Networks assigns a Project Manager that will be with you every step of the way. We will work directly with your previous provider to document all your existing sensitive information. Additionally, we will extensively document your technology. Enabling us to create a detailed blueprint of your entire network infrastructure. Upon completion, you will be granted access to our online portal where this information can be accessed at any time. We take the lead in managing all aspects of your technology, but by offering you access to your documentation you will always have the “keys to your own kingdom” and never feel like a hostage.
Help Desk & Resolution Time
At RMON Networks we staff a local help desk team! Our technicians are constantly being trained in different technologies, and hold many certifications in a variety of solutions. Additionally, we make sure we are highly available to you and your entire staff by answering our phones live during business hours! We also provide you with defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Our Service Level Agreement outlines what you can expect from us, so you are never left wondering when or if you will hear back someone. If you have a critical issue, we will get back to you within 15 minutes! If you have a low-level service request, we still reach out to you in only 5 hours or less! Our SLAs enable us to get you help fast when you need it most, and never let the low-level issues slip through the cracks. You won’t be disappointed with our friendly team!

Account Management & IT Strategy
Most people reach out to an IT company because they having difficulty managing and maintaining their own technology. Not to worry, at RMON Networks we provide each account with a dedicated Account Manager that will assist in all of your technology needs. Your Account Manager is your designated advocate, and their sole responsibility is to make sure you are happy with all of the services you are receiving. They will provide you with weekly ticket reports, monthly executive summaries, quarterly reviews, and of course an annual IT strategy consultation. You can rest easy knowing there is a dedicated person looking out for your business technology.
