What the Foundation is

The Overwatch Foundation is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit founded in 2022 in Concord, NH, dedicated to defending the state’s critical infrastructure and the public’s trust in it. Its grant-funded programs cover cybersecurity, systems modernization, network and physical defense, training, and workforce development for state, local and federal agencies and New Hampshire associations. What this means for your organization

If you run a town, a district, an agency or an association in our region, the Foundation’s grants can fund work you may have been putting off: security assessments, network hardening, aging-system replacement, staff training. RMON is the second technology partner admitted to the Foundation’s program, which means we scope the work, quote it at or below State Contract rates, and build it, and the Foundation’s zero mark-up promise holds the whole way through.

Once established under a program, that work can also reach the Foundation’s Fast-Track programs: Fast Track to .GOV and Fast Track to Water System Cybersecurity.

Questions about the partnership

Who qualifies?
The Foundation serves state, local and federal agencies, New Hampshire associations and government organizations. If you’re not sure you qualify, ask us; the scoping conversation costs nothing.
What does it cost?
Work delivered under the Foundation’s programs is grant-funded, and partners commit to State Contract rates or better under the Foundation’s zero mark-up promise.
What’s RMON’s relationship to the Foundation?
The Foundation is an independent 501(c)(3). RMON is a vetted technology partner that delivers program work in our region; we don’t run the grants and we don’t mark them up.
Is RMON new to public-sector work?
No. We already support New Hampshire towns and public-sector organizations, hold CJIS Level 4 clearance, and are InfraGard members. The Foundation’s announcement called out that municipal and public-sector work specifically.
